Passports and Visas
Every traveler must have a valid passport. A visa is required for a continuous stay of more than three months. If you are a citizen of countries on the American continent (except Belize, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia, and Peru), Europe, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, and you are staying less than three months, you only need to bring your valid passport.

The nearest airport is Zurich Airport. From there you can travel to Davos either by train or car.
A regular train service will conveniently take you from Zurich main station or Zurich Airport to Davos Platz; travel time is approximately three hours. Take the Intercity express towards Chur and change over to the Rhaetian Railway’s RegioExpress in Landquart. Tickets and train schedules are available here and can also be purchased at the SBB ticket counters, the Service Center, and switzerlandinfo+ counters at Zurich Airport.
It takes approximately two hours from Zurich airport, and approximately three and a half hours from Milan Malpensa airport. Four wheel drive and winter tires are required at this time of the year. Depending on road conditions, you may need snow chains on the last few kilometers.
